Throwback Thursday; Oslo

10/30/2014

Heyaa!

I think it's again time for another Throwback Thursday! So today we're taking a look at Oslo. I visited in Norway with my best friend on last July, we stayed at Sandvika and as there were free bus to Oslo and back we visited there three times.

The very first pic of Norway!
As a horsegirl, you find horses pretty much everywhere you go. Besides this statue on the front of the stable of policehorses, we saw those real ones too!
As we visited in Oslo three times - in the very first whole day in the country and then on Wednesday and Thursday later on, we had time to get to know the city. We also bought tickets to the "Hop on, Hop Off" - bus as we got them as a good price from great guy, who we met twice and had great conversations with. So with the opportunity to travel by bus as much as we wanted for those two days, we got quite nice overview of the centre.
The city itself was pretty simple to understand, and not too big though. Last day there we already knew where to go and how to get from one place to another. I have to say, that views to the see were nice and as we have been lucky every time we've been travelling together, the weather was awesome! Almost too hot, but at least we got tanned..
Other positive things in Oslo were cleanliness and overall atmosphere. People were friendly, we had a few conversations with other tourists and it was easy to move around. I can really say, that this is a great place to visit for anyone!
